Those looking for a progressive, periodized, intellectual, carefully curated program delivered on a weekly basis.
Those looking for direct instruction on every exercise prescribed.
What’s included?
45 - 90 minute intial consultation & analysis.
Full-acess to truecoach, the personal training software used.
Weekly analysis & check-ins on all exercises if you choose to use the upload-your-own-video feature.
Umlimited access to me during working hours in regards to any and all questions you may have.
Weekly support and encouragement.
Access to every instructional video ever created, over 3k available intra-library.
Where do I begin the process?
Begin by filling out THIS questionnaire. From there, I will reach out to you within 24 hours to schedule a phone, video or in-person consultation, depending on where you are located.
What equipment will I need?
You will definitely need weights! Load is key for progression and adaption to continue stimulating change. Gym acess is heavily preferred and ideal, however, if gym access is limited or not possible, we will work together to obtain all equipment you may need at home. Commonly necessary equipment is below, specifics are TBD and unique to the individual:

What is the cost?
$299 billed monthly, every 4 weeks on a friday.
